PlayfairTan

Providing confidence through experienced investment advice

Playfairtan is an investment advisory company based in Sydney. Established in 2012 by Francis Tan and Matthew Playfair, the company provides investment and financial advice to a select group of individuals, families and charities. Their guiding principle is to give their clients confidence by providing the best investment advice now and for future generations.

We designed the website in conjunction with Sydney agency Cord&Berg. Their creative director Jeff Ginsburg had just completed a rebrand for Playfairtan, and wanted our expertise to create a new website which would do justice to the company’s new look and feel.

Part of the brief was to move away from Playfairtan’s previous single-page site and to present their services, approach and history in a more structured and engaging way for potential customers. The result is a sophisticated, elegant new online presence for the company. The refined serif typography is complemented by plenty of white space, and bold, coloured, full-width sections. Whilst the photography chosen helps reinforce company’s position as a trusted, safe pair of hands to help guide their client’s financial decisions.
